therapist, I incorporate a range of techniques from my training and
experience to empower you to make the changes you hope for. My
initial training as a person-centred counsellor has been enhanced by
postgraduate study of traditional and contemporary approaches as
well as further education in highly effective models including
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
If you decide to
begin therapy with me, we will work together to develop a plan to
support your emotional, psychological and physical health. You
might choose to work on something specific for 6-8 sessions or enter
into longer-term therapy to explore broader issues such as:

I have been a
therapist for over 10 years with private practices in London, Paris
and online via secure video conferencing. As a registered and
accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and
Psychotherapy, I am committed to fulfilling requirements for ongoing
supervision and training and abide by the Ethical Framework for the
Counselling Professions and the Supplementary Guidance for Working
Online.
